eSign: avoid "app is no longer available"
Before you start:
- you will probably have two installs of the same application;
one signed by your apple id and the other signed by eSign. The
former lasts only for 7 days. That means that you need to be careful
for the app bundle ID and its name. simply you can not use the same
bundle id and you will confuse if you have two apps with the same
app name later.
- The essential components:
- eSign.ipa itself
- DNS profile (set from Settings) to avoid revoke.
- Enterprise certificate (set from eSign) to use code sign.
