- Dx: HLVS(Hypoplastic Left Ventricular Syndrome).
- Point: pathologically small Left Ventricle. (congenital).
- Rx: Norwood 1 + Sano(Japanese) Shunt.
- Point: so called (neo-aorta), the Shunt.
- Timing of surgery: within 1 wk.
