This page shows an external USB hard disk drive(HDD) ADATA HV100-1T 2.5 inch 1TB contains what internal hard disk drive inside. It will be important if you buy a USB HDD and disassemble it to take out the internal hdd for using it as, for example, an internal HDD for a laptop PC. I myself use some USB HDD that way and I found that it is sometimes difficult to find what kind of hdd inside the USB package even after googled. Why is it important? because some HDD has a better reputation than others.

Conclusion: It has a Toshiba HDD inside. It is one of good ones :) I think it is worth buying it :)

• Bare Hard Disk Drive: MQ01ABD100.
• Size: 2.5 inch, 9 mm tall, which fits my laptop PC.
• Note: There are three heights for 2.5 inch drive: 7.5mm, 9mm and 12mm.
