How to read:
Each number in the rightmost row is a grade for a subject. (The number next to "completed")
5: excellent, 4: good, 3: fair, 2: satisfactory, 1: fail.
No Number means a signature (non-grade) subject. (Ige... is a part of "Igen" which means "yes" in Hungarian.

I think here is where I should compromise.
