I earned a scholarship from University of Pecs based on Academic Achievements. The amount is more than 4,000USD, which is 45% of the tuition fee.

The Scholarship is given thoroughly judged by cumulative GPA; you will be given 25% if your GPA for the last two semesters is >4.0, 45% when GPA>4.5 and 70% if GPA=5.00. Given that you need to earn at least 26 credits on each semester, I think that GPA=5.00 is only theoretically possible but not practically.
