I bought Huawei GR5 on July 2016. A shop officer recommended it. He recommened ASUS zenphone too. I somehow chose Huawei. I am satisfied with its function and cost performance, when I bought it.

Update: 20180802. But the impression has been changed for a long time use, namely after I used it for one year, especially compared to iPhone.

• Get a root permission.
Summary: it can be "root"ed by three steps, namely unlock bootloader, TWRP(use honor 5X one), and SuperSU. I checked many websites, but none are specific to Huawei GR5. "Root"ing of HUawei GR5 is definitely possible because I did it. The official model of my phone is KII-L22.
• After one year use
It is cheaper and it is easily broken compared to iPhone, which is expensive.
1. The battery life get shortened. The system gets very unstable. The android system automatically shutdown even the battery shows more than 50%. Especially when the camera or chrome is up. This is quite stressful, because you miss a shutter chance.
2. Also camera focus gets bad suddenly, especially left upper corner in my case.
3. How to fix this? The idea is simple; change battery. But how? How can we get a battery in the first place. Long time ago, I tried to obtain one with failure. Just in case I searched for it. Voila, this time I could find it through amazon.
4. the Problem was gone! after I change the battery.
5. Note: before I changed the battery physically, I asked the customer service of Huaweii for a solution. They suggested to change some settings, which works for a day but not more.
