Download from google search not google play: more android-version friendly.
- SSHDroid:
It is possible to run sshd on port 22 if you have a rooted device.
- WiFi Repeater by VPN Hotspot
WiFi connecting QR code can be generated then it is easy to
conncect a hotspot. Android system does not allow you to set a
fixed password, which means you have to input a complex
password which is automatically generated by Android.

- BlueTooth Tether, using WiFi for outgoing path not Mobile Network.
Accidentally this was found and it worked. If you use WiFi and turned
on BlueTooth, the phone automatically turns it off saying you can not
use BT tether when you turns WiFi on.
- VPN Hotspot: this is for WiFi tether. See WiFi Repeater.
- OpenVPN Connect: This is for tunneling. (originally I can not
use ssh because ssh packet can go through the firewall, that is
why I started to use a "tunneling" by Open VPN Connect). Somehow
after this turned on, you can use BT tethering without the error
message above, but somehow again you can not use the tethering, so
turn the VPN connect off. Now you can use BT tether!
