After Transfer Admission
You will be registered as a 3rd year student. Basically all the
mandatory subjects are recognized and you will obtain the credits with
the same grades as you earned in Pecs. We don't know why but we have
to go around every department for a signature for the compulsory
subjects to be recognized...
Plus You will be exempted from these subjects.
- 5th semester
- Immunology.
We(from Pecs) already finished it in 4th semester,
so it will be exempted.
- Hungarian.
It is a 5 smester subject in Semmelweis. So 3rd
year students usually have Hungarian in 5th semester. But we have
already finished the final exam, so we will be exempted.
- 6th Semester
- Genetics and genomics
It is learned in 3rd semester in Pecs.
Students from szeged.(I heard this from friends from Szeged.)
- Microbiology exempted.
They are execmpted, but only 5th semester one. Microbiology is two
semester course(thus final exam). Microbiology2 in 6th semester is not
exempted, meaning you have to take their final exam...
- Immunology. not exempted although they already finished it,
because the number of credit is less in Szeged.
- Hungarian.
the same as in Pecs. See above.
Regarding the electives. You have to make a list of electives and
submit it to the secretariat. then they will be recoginized and you
will obtain the credits.
