There were 20 people accepted as 3rd year transferred stundents in the year of 2015/2016. Two students from Debrecen, eleven from Szeged, seven people from Pecs. (the number of students from each school might be slightly different.) (Footnote)

Note: I saw a list of transferred students (source of information: confidential, sorry). only for short time that is why the number may not be very accurate. Twenty students all together should be precise. However, I don't know how many applied for transfer, thus pass rate either.

You have two chances; at the beginning of 3rd year and also 4th year. you can not transfer at other years of your study. This 20 studnets are only 3rd year transferred students. I have no idea about the number of 4th year transferred students.

(FootNote): I transferred from University of Pecs to Semmelweis from the 3rd year. Note: some people start all over from 1st year at Semmelweis after they gave up another Hungarian University, my case is not such. I am continuing my study from 3rd year, not 1st year.
