She has a history of melanoma. CT shows hyperdense lesion. probably metasatsis of melanoma. massive edema. Mid-line shift is obvious. sub-falcine hernia. high ICP elevation is likely. Oxyologist consults with neurosurgery department. Significantly high sBP and normal HR: is it Cushing Reflex?
