Intrathecal baclofen pump. female in her 40s.

baclofen is a central muscle relaxant. The patient has spastic
paraplagia in the lower limbs bilaterally. Caused by spine injury in
the past.

Patient's leg started tremor several time during
operations. The pump implantation had been done in the past. This
time the surgeon change the controller and reservor only. probably it was
broken or the drug is empty now.
