Frontal Meningioma

04. Today's case(operation: neurosurgery). 2018/03/26.
Refractory cluster head ache.

Operation: Functional Nueurosurgery. Patient prone position. Insert
the electorodes into occipital region, which stimulates occipital
nerve. The surgeon said that occipital nerve has connection to
trigeminal vascular system and its stimulation reduces the cluster
headache. Two lines exits T2 vertebrae and the patient is rotated on
the side and the controller is implanted at left subclavian region
(the same position of PM implantation.)
