It is another happy birth(conception) day which makes me even happier! This zygote just started its life (pre-life) today, although it is just a 150 um(micro). I truly wish this 42 year old woman becomes a mom!

• Ovum Aspiration: Suction from prepared ovary. There are many follicles visible by US. aspirate one by one. ovary becomes quite big. (Normally 2cm). US guided apsiration via vaginal fornix. 4, 4.
• Embryo implantation: Embryo by ECSI is implanted to Uterus.
• One case was bifucated uterus. (Mullerian duct anomaly; failed to fuse.) Two os were visible. The embryologist (biologist, not a doctor) said that he has 10 years experiences but this is two or third time for him to see. So it is rare.
