• Before: 64gb usb. 55gb ext4 + 500mb efi.
• After: 128gb usb. 110gb ext4 + 500mb efi.

This can be done by gparted and gparted only, although gparted warns that boot may fail if you move efi partition or ext4 partition which contains /boot.

1. move efi part at the end of the device.
2. expand the ext4 volume dobule.
